Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
$20.00 – $21.00 per hour.
About Us:
At C&H Industrial Services , we keep industrial operations running clean and smooth. We’re looking for an Administrative Coordinator who’s organized, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in where needed. Think of yourself as the glue that keeps the office and field teams connected.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep payroll and HR records on track in ADP.
- Manage invoices, reports, and job entries in NetSuite.
- Help with scheduling, recordkeeping, and job site documentation.
- Support accounts payable/receivable, billing, and reconciliations.
- Be the friendly voice on the phone and handle office inquiries.
- Keep files organized (both digital + paper).
- Pitch in on projects when management needs an extra hand.
What We’re Looking For:
- Admin experience (industrial/construction background is a big plus).
- Comfortable with ADP & NetSuite.
- Strong organizer + multitasker who pays attention to the details.
- Good communicator and team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self-starter who can handle a busy, fast-paced office.
