Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | $18.00–$22.00/hour DOE

Take Charge of a Key Financial Role!

Our client is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to oversee the daily accounting operations of a busy and growing company. This position requires hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, a strong understanding of general accounting principles, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the company’s books from daily transactions through monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Post and reconcile payments, deposits, and expenses accurately
• Prepare and maintain Aging Reports and monitor outstanding balances
• Process biweekly payroll and ensure accuracy in employee time reporting
• Generate and review financial statements and reports for management
• Perform end-of-month and year-end closings, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Assist with budget tracking, expense analysis, and cash flow oversight
• Support company leadership with special projects and reporting as needed
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and integrated production software (training provided)
• Use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data organization and presentations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
