The Staff Accountant will play a vital role in the financial operations of the organization. This full-time on-site position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate financial information. The Staff Accountant will work closely with the finance team, performing various accounting tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily bank account monitoring to track incoming and outgoing transactions.
• Uploading ASO GL reports daily for review and analysis.
• Preparing weekly financial reports for the CEO.
• Preparing monthly intercompany billing statements accurately and in a timely manner.
• Entering invoices into QuickBooks and process checks for payment.
• Preparing monthly income entries in the general ledger.
• Uploading cleared trust checks report regularly to ensure accurate trust account management.
• Assisting the Controller with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Associate Degree in Accounting or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an accounting department environment.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks; strong computer skills required.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
