Material Handler

Responsibilities + Assemble sUAS and small components with precision. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues within sub-systems of sUAS. + Utilize and understand part numbering and BOM structures. + Interpret and follow schematics, blueprints, and work instructions. + Inspect and review customer equipment to identify potential field failures. + Assist with Root Cause and Correction Analysis (RCCA) alongside team members. + Recognize and report trends in failures and components to the QA department. + Apply meticulous and consistent methods and processes in all tasks. Essential Skills + Experience with troubleshooting and mechanical assembly. + Proficiency in sub-assembly and repair techniques. + Capability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Hands-on experience with soldering, though not a regular duty. + Mechanical inclination and understanding of engineering support. + Ability to use oscilloscopes and prototype assembly knowledge. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Associate Degree in a technical field preferred. + Prior experience in a mechanically inclined role. + Time management skills to support production and RMA schedules. + Critical inspection skills for reviewing incoming products. + Ability to assist with RCCA and report trends to the QA department. + Experience with small component assembly and hand tools. Work Environment The work schedule is from 6:55 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime, including some Saturdays. The work environment is dynamic and rapidly growing, with the company actively engaging in research and development. The team is partnering with the Army and Air Force to enhance UAS capabilities and develop new UAS products. The role is based in the Huntsville area. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
