Position Summary:
The Hair Stylist is responsible for delivering exceptional hair-cutting, styling, and color services while creating a personalized and luxurious salon experience for every guest. This role requires strong technical skills, product knowledge, and a passion for staying current with industry trends. Building meaningful guest relationships and providing professional recommendations are key to success in this role. A valid Alabama Cosmetology License is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional hair-cutting, styling, and color services tailored to each guest’s preferences
• Consult with guests to understand their style goals and recommend appropriate services and products
• Maintain a strong knowledge of salon products and actively support retail sales
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are clean, sanitized, and organized
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and innovations
• Participate in ongoing training, education sessions, and team meetings
• Collaborate with spa and salon team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Uphold all spa Standard Operating Procedures and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
• Valid Alabama Cosmetology License required
• Previous salon or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
