We are looking for a Civil Project Manager to join a Civil Contractor in the Cullman Area. This opportunity is for someone looking for a career and not a job.
We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment.
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of civil projects from pre-construction planning to project closeout
- Work with field supervision to develop and execute a work plan
- Develop schedule and manage resources accordingly
- Monitor project costs to ensure project is within project budget
- Create and perform submittals
- Estimate Change Orders
- Manage project billing
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineer or Building Science Degree -not required as long as work experience is relative
- 3+ years of experience in civil project management
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with construction and/or Project Management software
