We are currently seeking to hire a General Sales Manager with the ability to lead our Sales Teams at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealerships located in Greenville, Alabama. The pay scale will be based on previous Automotive Experience and the overall sales performance at both locations, with earning potential over $200K We are looking to hire the right individual to take great care of every customer, employee, and protect the assets of the entire organization. Sales or Finance Management experience is necessary for this role, with the ability to hire, train, develop, and maintain a talented sales staff, train and motivate Sales & Finance Managers, work well with Fixed Operation teams, have strong communication skills, and be a proven leader.BENEFITS:

* Coach the sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation, and lead the profitability of your teams * Lead all showroom activities and maintain an experienced level of product knowledge * Ensure high Customer Satisfaction scores and analyze these metrics to isolate areas for improvement * Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of the New and Used team, Internet Sales, Finance Managers, and Service Drive Sales * Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings for Sales and Product Specialists * Mentor new and experienced sales reps on standard methodologies for improving performance * Ensure proper follow-up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system * Establish delivery procedures and monitor performance and execution * Guarantee delivery includes an introduction to the service department and the scheduling of the first service appointment * Achieve forecast goals and objectives for dealership's OEM sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basisQUALIFICATIONS:
