Preschool Babysitter

We are seeking a reliable and engaging preschool babysitter to care for children in our nursery/preschool ministry at Tapestry Church in Birmingham, AL. The session will take place on Sunday, February 8, 2026, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The babysitter will be responsible for caring for babies to preschool-aged children, typically around 2-3 babies and 5-10 preschoolers, in separate spaces.

The successful candidate will work alongside multiple Wyndys and Tapestry volunteers. While there is no formal dress code, we ask for casual but professional attire. Minimal phone use is expected while with the children to ensure a safe and attentive environment.

Our meeting space is conveniently located near the Truist bank at the “Shops at City Hall.” Please reach out if you experience any issues with directions.

No pets will be present, and the job does not require tasks such as driving, feeding, bathing, or putting kids to bed. We look forward to welcoming a dedicated individual to our team who is committed to providing excellent care and creating a positive experience for our children.
