- Ensure that safety is the first priority by complying with all safe work practices, rules, regulations, and safety policies as set forth by the customer.
- Drive and operate all required equipment in a safe and professional manner.
- Effectively and professionally communicate with an on-site customer representative.
- Lead and direct subordinate personnel to perform duties in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot equipment as needed and perform minor repairs.
- Ensure equipment and company property are maintained in proper condition.
- Have a general understanding of and ability to work in elevated or confined space entry areas, as well as follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out and Crane Safety procedures.
- Experience operating and loading equipment, forklifts, or other PIT vehicles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in an industrial or warehouse setting.
- Experience working in elevated or confined space entry environments.

- Frequent walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting and moving of equipment up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work in industrial environments, including exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, and potential environmental hazards.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines, analyze operational challenges, and make high-stakes decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- Travel required, including overnight stays as needed.
