Travel Nurse

Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Telemetry (Stroke & Heart Failure) – Travel
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license for Alabama or Compact license (No Temp Licenses)
- At least 2 years of recent nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a related specialty
- Associates degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Ability to work 36 or 48 hours per week, including holidays and every other weekend
- Strong critical thinking, compassionate patient care, and team collaboration abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with stroke or cardiac neuro patients
- Previous familiarity with Meditech EMR system
- Flexibility to float across units and hospitals as needed
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in medical-surgical, telemetry, or neuro-cardiac units
- Experience working in high-acuity settings balancing complex patient needs.
$2074 includes taxable hourly rate plus meals and lodging stipend. IDEAL JOB ID: 991719
