Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient focused dental hygienist to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide high quality preventive dental care, educate patients on optimal oral hygiene practices, and collaborate closely with our dental team to ensure an exceptional patient experience and long tern oral health.
Responsibilities include:
-conducting patient assessments including reviewing medical and dental histories, taking vital signs, performing oral cancer screenings, and charting periodontal conditions and decay
-performing clinical procedures including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and debridement
-administer preventive treatments including application of fluoride and dental sealants
-take dental xrays
-educate and counsel patients of all ages on oral hygiene techniques
-maintain accurate and confidential patient records
-ensure a safe and sterile clinical environment
Candidate must have an active Alabama RDH license
