Job Title: Motor Assembler

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Motor Assembler to join our team. This role is responsible for assembling electric motors and related components according to specifications, quality standards, and production schedules. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electric motors, coils, rotors, and related components using hand tools and equipment
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting on assembled units
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Report defects, inconsistencies, or equipment issues to supervisor

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Birmingham, AL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
