Building strong relationships with students, families, colleagues, and community members will be essential. Collaboration is at the core of this position, as you'll work closely with staff to drive student achievement and advance school-wide initiatives. Additional duties may be assigned by the Principal to support school operations.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Current Alabama Teacher Certification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- A valid Mathematics endorsement
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management abilities
- Experience in creating engaging, effective math instruction for secondary grade levels
