PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of industrial/municipality roles (e.g., Hydroblasters, Vacuum Truck Operators, CDL Drivers, Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Operators, Underground Utility personnel)
- Recruit for various locations across the Southeast region
- Create job ads and postings
- Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Collaborate with various Managers to understand job requirements, workplace culture, and hiring goals
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and initiate onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate candidate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in industrial or high-volume staffing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
