Preconstruction Manager - DIRECT HIRE

Job Title: Preconstruction Manager + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. + Experience in construction, preconstruction, construction management, estimation, project management, bid evaluation, project costing, and engineering. + Background in MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. + Ability to comprehend complex written and verbal instructions. + Clear communication skills in written and verbal English. + Unencumbered US Driver's license. + Eligibility to work in the U.S. + Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or a construction-related field, or at least 10 years MEP field experience. + Minimum of three years (five or more for senior level) of experience in commercial construction. + Proven track record of sales or estimating abilities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
