LEASING CONSULTANT

Responsibilities Property leasing and administration; regular onsite attendance is required Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases Close sales: generate new leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and complete follow-up Prepare and complete all leasing paperwork before move-in Assist with lease audits, walking units, and the turnover process Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and achieve leasing goals Perform various administrative tasks as needed Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction Assist in developing resident retention programs (e.g., events, promotions, newsletters) Contribute to upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach; review market surveys to generate ideas and plans Maintain knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey reports Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround Contribute to a positive image of the community to achieve property objectives Ensure consistency in dealings with residents and enforce community policies as directed Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements The role requires mobility to move about the workplace and communicate with others; repetitive motions may occur Frequent climbing of stairs or ladders, standing or sitting for extended periods Occasional movement to access various environments; ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs; operate machinery or power tools as needed Ability to work overtime, weekends, and night hours as required (emergencies); outdoor work in various weather conditions Salary Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $17.00/hr Salary Range: $14 per hour to $17 per hour Employment details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Management This job description is not all-inclusive and may be modified at any time.
