Admin/Personal Assistant (USA APPLICANTS ONLY)
- Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
- Utilize programs for bookkeeping and financial record management.
- Provide oversight for multiple properties.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking progress and deadlines.
- Maintain organization of documents using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proofread and transcribe documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Offer customer service support, addressing inquiries and assisting vendors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support various objectives.
- Proven administrative experience with a strong background in office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and transcription.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in event planning and project coordination is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Previous personal assistant experience is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes is beneficial.
