2nd Shift Welder
This role requires a skilled Welder to support manufacturing operations by fitting and welding metal components to precise specifications. The position involves reading blueprints, setting welding parameters, and producing consistent, high-quality welds while ensuring all finished parts meet quality standards. Candidates must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced shop environment, including performing physical tasks and welding in various positions.

2nd Shift Welder Details:
- Temporary position
- $30.00 to $33.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 01:00am )
- Fit and weld metal parts using MIG and TIG processes to meet specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Set and adjust welding machine parameters
- Produce strong, clean, and consistent welds
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards
- Maintain tools and a clean, organized work area
2nd Shift Welder Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of welding experience or related training
- Proficient with MIG welding processes and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and measurements
- Experience welding in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
- Ability to use hand tools and shop equipment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
