**Job Description** + Design, implement, and execute GPU performance benchmarks using industry-standard suites, including MLPerf, SPEC ACCEL, and relevant HPC benchmarks. + Perform in-depth profiling and analysis of GPU workloads using advanced tools such as NVIDIA Nsight, CUDA Profiler, and CUPTI. + Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to define and capture realistic GPU-centric workload benchmarks, translating real-world scenarios into actionable test cases. + Utilize and optimize deep learning frameworks and libraries, including NVIDIA Megatron, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and RAPIDS. + Develop scripts and automation for running and analyzing benchmarks across multiple hardware generations and configurations. + Synthesize and communicate performance findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance on hardware and software optimizations. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in GPU hardware and benchmarking methodologies within the industry. **Responsibilities** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. + 6-10 years of experience in high-performance computing, GPU benchmarking, profiling, or related areas. + Deep expertise with NVIDIA software stack, including CUDA, cuDNN, TensorRT, and profiling tools. + Hands-on experience with large-scale deep learning models and frameworks such as Megatron, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. + Demonstrated track record of working with industry-standard GPU benchmarks (MLPerf, SPEC, LINPACK, etc.). + Proficient in C/C++, Python, and Linux environments (shell scripting, system administration basics). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on performance bottleneck identification and resolution. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and presentation. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working with cloud GPU offerings (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP). + Familiarity with advanced distributed training frameworks and GPU cluster orchestration. + Prior experience optimizing hardware/software for real customer deployments. + Contributions to open-source benchmarking tools or participation in benchmarking consortia will be a plus. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
