(e.g., APIs, automation flows) + Develop reusable development components that accelerate future delivery. + Partner cross-functionally to support broader business operations efficiency and initiatives. + Identify technical development opportunities to simplify, automate, and consolidation. + Serve as the team's central technical lead supporting multiple workstreams. + Create scalable solutions that reduces reliance on multiple specialists. + Lead ongoing system enhancements, optimizations, and additional automation efforts. + Provide technical expertise for future tool evaluations, upgrades, and implementations. **What You Bring** **Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience** + 5-7+ Years of development experience in one or more general purpose languages. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
