Pipefitter Lead / Supervisor – 1st Shift

We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter Lead/Supervisor to oversee daily pipefitting operations and lead crews on industrial projects. This role is hands-on and ideal for a strong leader who can manage people, productivity, and quality in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise pipefitter crews on site
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks
• Read and interpret isometrics, blueprints, and specs
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades
• Train, mentor, and support pipefitters and apprentices
• Enforce safety policies and jobsite procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a pipefitter , with prior lead or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of industrial piping systems
• Ability to read blueprints and isometric drawings
• Experience managing crews and jobsite workflow
• Strong communication and leadership skills

This is a Permanent position based out of Tuscaloosa, AL.

The pay range for this position is $38.88 - $38.88/hr.
