Overview:

Ōnin Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented Concrete Quality Assurance Technician to join our team and ensure that our concrete products meet the highest standards of safety, consistency, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect concrete product forms and verify blueprint accuracy for mold setups.
• Conduct pre-pour inspections and daily testing (slump, spread, VSI, air content, test cylinders).
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality control procedures and industry standards.
• Accurately document daily testing results and communicate findings to management.

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ACI and NPCA certifications (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license, with ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Strong ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical ability to meet job requirements (kneeling, lifting 50 lbs, working on feet for extended periods).
• Reliable transportation with strict 7:00 a.m. start time (earlier on occasion).
• Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable to changing needs.
