We are seeking a skilled and personable Facilities Technician to support the maintenance and upkeep of our church property. This hands-on role requires a well-rounded professional with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, comfortable working in a faith-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including:

  • Drywall installation and repair

  • Interior and exterior painting

  • Basic HVAC maintenance

  • Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting

• Assist with facility projects and improvements as needed

• Use computers for maintenance logs, scheduling, and communication

• Interact with staff, volunteers, and visitors in a friendly and respectful manner

Qualifications:

• Experience with drywall, painting, HVAC, and plumbing

• Comfortable using basic computer programs

• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented personality

• Previous experience in a church or community setting is a plus
