**Role Summary/Purpose:**
Leads the execution & change of manufacturing processes while supporting production.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Develop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI), documenting process changes, driving process / fixture improvements, driving lead and cycle time improvements, cost of quality (COQ), and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) actions.
+ Participate & Drive LEAN initiatives for process improvements.
+ Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and product cycles.
+ Perform CNC programming as required to new and existing machining processes
+ Design necessary fixtures and tooling for manufacturing and for process improvements.
+ Manage multiple projects by providing scheduling, resource management, budget control and EHS compliance.
+ Interface with vendors and internal contacts in an effective manner to ensure that the technical and EHS perspective is properly conveyed.
+ Act as change agent, understanding and moving the operation toward world-class performance.
+ Promote customer satisfaction and develop positive customer relationships.
+ Participate in EHS related actions, to improve safety in own area.
**Qualifications/Requirements:**
+ BS/AS Degree in Engineering or Technology Field or equivalent experience
+ At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing support role
