Registered Nurse ( RN ) Night

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary: $29.00-$39.40/hr, based on experience
2. Shift Differential:
3. Night: $1.00
4. Sign on - $10,000
5. Pay in Lieu of Benefits Option: Additional $4/hr

Shifts Available:

1. Nights: 8 Hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver compassionate nursing care in alignment with healthcare policies and procedures
2. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for patient responses
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
5. Provide education to patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
6. Maintain accurate, detailed patient documentation
7. Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, providing mentorship and guidance

Qualifications:

1. Active RN license in Alabama
2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a commitment to earning a BSN within a specified timeframe
3. Clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting
4. BLS/ACLS certification required
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care
6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and team-focused environment
