Join our dynamic team at Carpetland USA of Dothan Inc as a Demolition/Delivery Crew member! This exciting position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where you will help transform spaces and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Execute demolition tasks safely and efficiently in residential and commercial settings.
- Load and unload flooring materials and equipment for deliveries.
- Ensure all materials are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and vehicles as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in demolition or delivery roles is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations in construction and delivery.
- Team player with a positive demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
