Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors preferred but not required)
• 03 years of experience in security, facility operations, or customer service
• Ability to obtain and maintain state-required security license
• Basic understanding of security procedures, patrol operations, and safety practices
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and basic security systems
• Ability to work both in an office environment and in the field
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Basic knowledge of CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring
• Ability to conduct routine patrols and respond to incidents
• Strong communication skills for interacting with employees, visitors, and vendors
• Ability to write accurate reports and maintain documentation
• Strong organizational skills for administrative and scheduling tasks
• Ability to learn security systems, badge management, and incident reporting tools
• Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm during emergencies
• Adaptability to shift priorities between field tasks and office tasks
• High attention to detail and strong situational awareness

Essential Functions

• Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarms, and visitor management platforms.
• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, identify irregularities, and report safety or security concerns.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in accordance with established procedures, ensuring timely escalation when necessary.
• Issue, update, and deactivate employee and contractor badges; maintain accurate access control records.
• Review and complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries, access needs, and general support.
• Coordinate with security vendors for system troubleshooting, maintenance, and equipment servicing.
• Support compliance activities, including audits, training coordination, and preparation of required reports.
• Assist in planning and supporting security operations for special events, hightraffic periods, or elevated risk situations.
• Participate in cross-training across dispatch, patrol, administrative, and system functions to support operational continuity.
• Perform other duties related to facility security and safety operations as assigned by management.
