Diversified Sourcing Solutions is looking to add Customer Service Representatives in Bessemer, AL.
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, Full Time
Pay Rate: 15/Hour
Responsibilities
Escalate customer issues appropriately and correctly.
Demonstrates timely, accurate and professional customer service
Exceed customer expectations and create a top level experience
Answer and respond to consumers telephone call and email inquiries in a timely manner
Meets or exceeds quality and productivity goals, participates in other activities assigned by
manager
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light
Follow company policies and processes in order to process customer requests appropriately
Use customer service tools in order to provide an accurate response and an exceptional
customer experience
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the customer service field (preferred)
Minimum 1 year experience in a call center environment (preferred)
Good communication skill, written and verbal
Experience working in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting standards for
productivity and quality
Ability to multitask with phone and computer skills
Demonstrate the ability to work as an effective team member
Self-motivated and can assume ownership of a task independently
Flexibility in work schedule, including Saturday and early evenings
