Vehicle Title Experience Required – Join a Team That Values Accuracy!
Do you have experience processing vehicle titles, perfecting liens, and keeping loan documentation organized? If you're detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced financial environment, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Process vehicle titles and lien documentation accurately and on time
- Apply for titles and ensure all required documentation is complete
- Perfect liens and maintain title tracking logs
- Follow up with dealerships and customers on outstanding titles
- Process paid loan title releases and mail titles to customers
- Maintain UCC filings and related records
- Review funding documents and assist with post-funding processes
- Answer questions regarding sales loans and title documentation
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
What You'll Bring
- Previous Title Clerk experience required
- Knowledge of vehicle titles, lien perfection, and consumer lending documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
