I. Position Summary:

Position is responsible for safely and securely transporting materials from a clients’ business location back to Gone For Good Huntsville, while providing excellent customer service to the client and courtesy to co-workers.

II. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Decision Making:

· Safely and efficiently transports materials from the client’s business back to Gone For Good Huntsville or shreds materials on site as directed.

· Accurately completes paperwork for clients and GFG office staff.

· Exhibits proper driving skills and follows guidelines.

· Maintains vehicle and ensures that it is clean, in good working order, and can pass inspection.

· Able to provide prompt and preventive maintenance on the vehicles.

· Ensures that confidential documents are secured for transportation.

· Represents Gone For Good Huntsville professionally at all times.

· Contributes to the workshop and shred room when directed.

· Respectfully directs Shred Tech/Assistant as needed.

· 3-4 Mandatory Saturday shifts per year.

III. Qualifications, Background, and Experience Required or Desired:

· 1+ years of driving experience required.

· 1 + years of Loading/Unloading experience required.

· Excellent Customer Service Skills required.

· 1 + years of truck maintenance experience preferred.

IV. Education, Certifications, Licenses Required or Desired:

· High School /GED

· Valid Alabama Driver’s License

V. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?

· No

VI. Work Environment:

· Driving Truck 40%

· Servicing Customers 35%

· Loading/Unloading Truck 10%

· Office/Paperwork 5%

· Shred room/Warehouse 10%

VII. Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

VIII. Does this position require use of a personal vehicle for company use?

· No
