About the Role

As Insurance Agency Operations Manager , you oversee daily administrative and technical functions. You bridge the gap in many areas that impact growth including workflow optimization, technology utilization, carrier relationships, employee management/Human Resources, and billing and finance. Prior ops management is not required; more so with insurance industry experience this is a role where you can grow and learn more over time.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure department collaboration in multiple divisions such as Human Resources, accounting, finance, and information technology
• Conduct audits and assist the service team with workflows and Best Practices
• Strengthen insurance company relationships, review contracts, and manage appointments
• Provide support to the executive team with strategic planning and budget review

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience working in the insurance industry
• Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization
• Strong collaboration and project management abilities
