Position Type: Full-Time/Permanent
Shifts: Mon-Fri
Position Summary:
The Executive Director oversees the ongoing development and operations of an Outpatient Behavioral Health Practice that provides Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP). The Executive Director ensures the delivery of clinically excellent, client-centered care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. The position collaborates with organizational leadership and provides supervision and mentorship to team members within the practice, fostering a culture of integrity, service, and clinical excellence.
Essential Responsibilities:
Model and promote 5-Star Service standards to clients, families, team members, and referral sources.
Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to multidisciplinary staff within the practice.
Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective service delivery.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement adjustments to meet organizational goals.
Maintain high-quality, evidence-based care through oversight of IOP and PHP programming.
Review and approve group therapy assignments, ensuring balanced workloads and programming tailored to current client needs.
Lead and participate in performance improvement initiatives related to patient outcomes and staff performance.
Collaborate with network leadership in business development, networking, and outreach initiatives to grow the practice.
Ensure full compliance with licensing, accreditation, contractual, state, and federal requirements.
Monitor clinical documentation and service delivery for adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Assess patient satisfaction and outcomes, incorporating feedback into program development and improvement.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health-related field required.
Active LISW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC license required.
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
Experience in treating mental health disorders required.
