💼 Position: Packaging Operator
📍 Location: Foley, AL

💵 Pay:

• Training Period (4-5 weeks DAY SHIFT, Monday - Friday): $18.54/hour
• Post-Training (ROTATING 12-hour shifts): $19.04/hour

⏰ Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (day and night). 3-2-2 DuPont schedule. Monday - Sunday availability required.

Example Schedule:

Day 1, 2, 3: 7 AM - 7 PM

Day 4, 5: OFF

Day 6, 7: 7 PM - 7 AM

Day 8, 9, 10: OFF

Day 11, 12: 7 AM - 7 PM

Day 13, 14: OFF

Day 15, 16, 17: 7 PM - 7 AM

And so on!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain safe packaging, material handling, and visual inspection processes
• Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S organizational standards
• Manage and dispose of waste and general trash from packaging and material handling areas
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work rotating shifts , including nights and weekends
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic troubleshooting and logical thinking skills
