A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, particularly in manufacturing and people management, is required. The role also calls for in-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles, strong data-driven decision-making capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
