Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC certification is needed for a contract position in Evergreen, AL, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade across multiple school settings. This role is perfect for a dedicated professional interested in supporting diverse speech and language needs within a school environment.

Position Details:

• Full-time, 7-hour days with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and an additional 30-minute unpaid break
• Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM; schedule may vary by up to 30 minutes depending on assignment location
• Serving students in grades K-12 across three different sites within the district

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
• Document all services and maintain accurate records following professional standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with school-age children across a range of speech and language disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, students, and families
• Ability to manage caseloads across multiple locations and maintain organizational efficiency
