Surfside Laundry in Foley, AL, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency while leading a team to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate daily laundry activities to meet production and quality targets.
- Supervise, train, and motivate laundry staff to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Monitor machine performance and conduct routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance and staff productivity.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a laundry or similar operational environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with laundry machinery and maintenance procedures.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Annual salary of $38,000, paid weekly.
