Red Branch Outdoor Living is looking for a dependable, experienced Crew Leader Carpenter who takes pride in their craft and enjoys leading a team to build exceptional outdoor spaces.

Do you:

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential construction (decks, patios, outdoor structures, framing, or similar).
  • 2+ years of experience leading or supervising a construction crew.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Maintain high standards while staying on schedule
  • Take ownership of the jobsite from start to finish

What We Offer:

  • Above-average pay based on experience (Hourly pay range from $25 - $30, DOE)
  • Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with an occasional Saturday
  • Health insurance options
  • Paid Time Off
  • Consistent, year-round work
  • Opportunity to grow your skills and advance

We believe in building not just structures, but lasting relationships and rewarding careers. If you're ready to take ownership of your projects and be part of a team that values professionalism and craftsmanship, Red Branch Outdoor Living is the place for you. Let’s create outdoor spaces that inspire and celebrate life—together.

Compensation:

$25 - $30 hourly

  • Leading a small carpentry crew on residential outdoor living projects.
