What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of pest control technicians to deliver exceptional service
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal pest control regulations and safety protocols
• Develop training plans and oversee licensing, certifications, and ongoing skill development
• Drive service quality, customer satisfaction, and team performance through proactive leadership
• Manage department budget including labor, materials, and equipment expenses
• Optimize technician scheduling, dispatching, and routing for efficiency and responsiveness
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Collaborate with sales to support lead generation, upsells, and department growth
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all reporting and documentation requirements are met
• Monitor department KPIs and deliver performance reports to senior management

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus)
• Valid pest control license (e.g., PCO or Applicator License)
• 3+ years of pest control experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
• In-depth knowledge of pest control solutions, safety practices, and industry best practices
• Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills
• Proficiency with routing/scheduling software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Solid business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and analyze performance metrics
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
