Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2nd shift Production Associate to join their dedicated team. As a 2nd shift Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 2nd shift Production Associate

Location: Sterrett, AL

Pay Range: $15.00 per hour
$1 per hour increase after 30 days of perfect attendance and good performance

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Loading and unloading wood products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ensuring the safe handling and transportation of materials within the facility
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in a non climate-controlled, dusty environment
• Adhering to safety protocols and quality standards during production processes
• Supporting team members to meet daily production goals

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfort working in dusty, non climate-controlled environments
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and instructions
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
