We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team at the Renaissance Shoals Resort and Spa. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of therapeutic techniques and a genuine passion for helping others feel their best. Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service & Experience: Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of massage therapies (Swedish, Sports, Aromatherapy, Thai, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Reiki), delivering a luxurious and personalized spa experience tailored to each guest’s needs.
• Sanitation & Organization : Perform daily setup and breakdown of the massage room, ensuring cleanliness, proper stocking of supplies, and adherence to high sanitation standards.
• Care & Compassio n: Display a genuine concern for the well-being of guests, contributing to their relaxation, satisfaction, and overall spa experience.
• Operational Support : Assist with restocking supplies, handling laundry, and maintaining spa efficiency during downtime to ensure smooth operations.
• Licensing : Maintain a valid Alabama License to provide Massage Therapist services, ensuring compliance with state regulations and professional standards.
