As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will engage directly with clientele in a refined, face-to-face retail environment to meet individual and team sales targets. This role requires a strong knowledge of products, excellent customer support skills, and the ability to handle sales processing efficiently. You will also contribute to merchandising efforts and collaborate with your team. Saturdays are expected. Please arrive polished, professional, and sales-floor ready, reflecting the elevated standards of luxury retail.

• Upsell products to increase sales and meet targets
• Maintaining store presentation
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals
• Work on mandatory weekends, excluding Sundays

Preferred Qualifications

• Eye for Fashion
• Ear for listening to customers needs
• Confidence in presenting new products to customers
• Refined Clientele
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven teamwork and time management abilities
• Comprehensive product knowledge
• Basic math skills for sales processing
