Position Summary:
The Esthetician provides high-quality facial skincare and waxing services while creating a luxurious and personalized spa experience for every guest. This role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to professional skincare practices. A valid Alabama Esthetician License is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of facial and waxing services while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Consult with guests regarding skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all spa treatments, procedures, and skincare products.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Follow spa Standard Operating Procedures and sanitation standards.
• Participate in professional skincare training and vendor education classes.
• Support retail efforts by educating guests on skincare products and home care routines.
• Assist with inventory control to minimize waste and protect spa products.

Qualifications:
• Valid Alabama Esthetician License required.
• 1-2 years spa experience required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
