Overview:

• LP office tasks such as managing LP and Safety reports, data entry, and files in an organized manner
• Managing Card Access Systems, PIT Certifications, Key Holders, and Locker/Lock Assignment
• Scheduling PIT Training Sessions in the Classroom and Practical Training
• Conducting Safety Topics in New Hire Orientations
• Greeting visitors and notifying expecting parties of arrival
• Assigning Handicap Decals for individuals with validated need
• Additional administrative tasks required for business needs
• Elite ability to handle and preserve the integrity of personal or confidential information
• Maintain good working relationships between Loss Prevention, Human Resources Department, and Operations
• Keep close communication with Loss Prevention Manager and Safety Manager
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos
• Key written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook/Excel/SharePoint
• Self-Starter/Self Motivator
• Highly organized, detailed and efficient
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment

Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of similar experience in an office/distribution environment
• High School Diploma/GED required and/or College Degree Preferred

• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally required to bend, stoop and kneel
