Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with commercial clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives and maintain properties to company standards
• Serve as the main point of contact between key clients and production team
• Resolve clients' issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, management, account management, or a similar role
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Horticulture knowledge of local plants and trees
