Job Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with individuals and businesses in a lucrative Birmingham market.
• Identify client needs, recommend appropriate insurance and financial products, and guide prospects through the application and underwriting processes.
• Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and financial planning tools to enable informed decisions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of client interactions, policy details, and transaction histories in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with underwriters, claims specialists, and other internal teams to resolve client issues swiftly.
• Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to provide the best solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training, sales meetings, and community outreach events to expand the company’s presence.

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on relationship building.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities for accurate record‑keeping.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, email) and CRM platforms.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty (P/C) license (preferred) or any other required state insurance licenses.
