What Youll Do:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations with full P&L responsibility
• Create exceptional guest experiences by setting and modeling hospitality standards
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
• Drive sales, control costs, and maximize profitability through strong financial discipline
• Ensure excellence in food quality, service, safety, and sanitation

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years of restaurant GM experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and retain strong teams
• Strong understanding of financials, labor management, scheduling, and operational systems
