About the Role
Pages Staffing is a staffing and recruiting firm filling a Benefits Specialist opening with a client in the Wetumpka, AL area. You'll enroll employees in voluntary and supplemental benefits, earning commission on top of base pay.
What You'll Do
• Present voluntary and supplemental benefit options to employees.
• Enroll interested participants and complete accurate applications.
• Follow up on appointments and keep clear records.
• Meet enrollment goals backed by base pay plus commission.
What We're Looking For
• Sales or benefits-enrollment experience a plus.
• Confident, personable, and trustworthy presenter.
• Self-motivated by goals.
