Position Description and Objective

This role will serve as TPG’s Financial Manager, maintaining our revenue and expense management within QuickBooks and working directly with clients to issue invoices and secure payments. As part of the client interaction aspect of the role, the Financial Manager will have access to client-based invoicing and contract management software portals, responsible for managing communications that flow from such communication vehicles. The Financial Manager reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Specific details of your role and responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Portfolio and Team Contribution

• Lead the daily operations of the accounting department including:
  1. Month and Year-end Close
  2. Accounts Payable/Receivable
  3. Cash Receipts
  4. General Ledger
  5. Monthly Account Reconciliations
  6. Process Multi-state Payroll
  7. Revenue and Expenditure Analysis
• Prepare monthly client invoicing and review client contracts, Statement of Work (SOW), and Purchase Orders (PO)
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow analysis
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Provide recommendations to Senior Leadership
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Other duties as required
