What You'll Do

• Warmly greet guests and provide genuine, friendly service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering thoughtful recommendations
• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and efficiency
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and confidently answer questions
• Deliver top-quality product and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
• Upsell food, cocktails, and wine to elevate the guest experience
• Process payments accurately and promptly
• Assist with table setups, side work, and team support
• Follow safety, service, and alcohol regulations at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 6 months of serving experience in a restaurant required
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor service standards
