Mobile, AL. - Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Sales Associate .

Essential Duties:

• Assist clients in furniture selection on the showroom floor, guiding them through the purchasing process.
• Establish financing options and manage the transaction process from sale to delivery.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements/Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in furniture or retail environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in handling financial transactions and familiarity with financing options.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the showroom floor for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and move furniture and other items up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic retail setting with occasional moderate noise levels.
